Gifts for the Journey

Today we begin to introduce the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, which are permanent dispositions that allow us to follow the promptings of the Holy Spirit. These gifts are intended to help us grow in holiness and to empower us to help others grow well. We will be talking about two types of Gifts of the Holy Spirit that help us to grow in holiness and produce in us the Fruits of the Holy Spirit and the charismatic gifts that the Holy Spirit gives us to empower us to lead others to holiness and to build up the kingdom of God on earth.
