WHY HAVE I BEEN CHOSEN?

The purpose of the lesson is to help prepare students to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation and to see it is not the "end" of their spiritual formation. Confirmation students are reminded to prepare seriously for the sacrament.

Preparation should aim at leading the Christian toward a more intimate union with Christ and a more lively familiarity with the Holy Spirit in order to be more capable of assuming the apostolic responsibilities of Christian life.
